Project location: in the center of a large high-grade building, which is located in the commercial circle of Southwest Petroleum University, Chengdu Medical College and Sichuan Conservatory of Music.

Location advantages: This project is in the center of the three large high-grade residential areas, Hanjia International Community, East Junhu Lake Scenery Bay, and Shuimu Tiancheng. Project of Mulan Mountain development
Project location: Mulan Mountain is in Mulan Town, Xindu District, which is only 10km away from downtown Chengdu.
Project environment: Mulan Mountain, with a long history and a miraculous legend, abounds in historical and cultural deposits. The three-day Mulan gathering, starting from Feb. 1st to Feb. 3rd of the Lunar Calendar annually, can be traced far back to an early time and is well-noted in and abroad.
Project orientation: Taking the advantages and current situations of Mulan Mountain into consideration, this project focuses on tourism, real estate, plantation industry, and commerce and trade. It is planned to be divided into five functional areas, which are functional areas of historic figures and cultural heritages, functional area of real estate development, functional area of economic trees and fruits plantation, functional area of trading market, and functional area of plantation of Chinese herbal plants. Project Title: Wulong Mountain Development
Location: Wulong Mountain, located in southeastern Xindu District, is the highest point of Xindu district and 10 kilometers away from Chengdu.
Prospect: Wulong Mountain Development aims at setting up a destination for travel and leisure in north part of Chengdu, which will contribute to improving the living environment in Xindu district, establishing a symbolic scenic spot in North Chengdu, and making another name card of travel and leisure for Chengdu.
Project of Recreation and Touring in Nibatuo Scenic Area
Project location: This project is in Nibatuo Scenic Area of Xindu District. It is planned to cover an area of 1000mu. Nibatuo, 16 km from north of Chengdu, and 3.5 km from the south of Xindu, is at the upper and middle stream of Pihe River, a branch of Tuojiang River. Nibatuo Scenic Area, with more than 200mu of gardens, more than 150mu of waters, is a peninsula-shaped resort facing water at three sides. It is named Nibatuo because the detoured Pihe River forms a backwater area. Along the river, there are several famous scenic spots, such as, Yinghuang Pavilion, Tingliu Pavilion, Fuyan Pavilion, Dai’ou Pavilion, Guandiao Pavilion, Wangjiang Pavilion, and Jiangtuo Pavilion. Deep inside the bamboo forest, there is a garden among the scenic spots, Bantuo tower.
